This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Pre-Orders

Selected Angel Energy products are available exclusively through pre-order.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are displayed on the applicable product page.

Please note:

  • Production begins after the pre-order period has ended.
  • Estimated shipping dates are provided as guidance and may change depending on the production process.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeline.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

The Netherlands

  • 1–5 business days

Europe

  • 3–10 business days

International

  • 5–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Postal or courier delays
  • Carrier strikes
  • Force majeure events

Angel Energy is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities after an order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become available.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Angel Energy is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional import charges.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Angel Energy cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, delivery delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@byangelenergy.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible.
