We hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging and accessories.
- Be free from stains, fragrances, damage or alterations.
Angel Energy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Pre-Order Items
Selected products are offered as pre-order.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeline displayed on the product page.
Once delivered, pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions as any other product.
Production timelines or shipping estimates for pre-orders do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund after an order has been placed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable law:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Request a Return

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Angel Energy cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Each case will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, a replacement, repair or refund will be offered.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or edition, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered production or processing.
Once an order has entered production, processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
For pre-order items, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
